Hourly Rental Rate
We offer several hourly rental rates for our loft space, each tailored to different catering preferences:
Rate 1: $25.00 per hour
This rate applies when Hay Parker caters the entire event, including both food and beverages. Catering and drink prices are quoted separately based on your specific event. Any additional time needed for setup or breakdown will be charged at the same rate as the overall event.
Rate 2: $50.00 per hour
This rate is for events where both the renter and Hay Parker share catering responsibilities. For example, Hay Parker will provide Charcuterie, while the client brings in additional dishes. As with all rates, any extra time required for setup or breakdown will be charged at the same hourly rate.
Rate 3: $75.00 per hour
This rate is for clients who wish to cater the event entirely themselves, bringing in their own food. Please note that all food must be ready to serve upon arrival, as Hay Parker's kitchen and refrigerator are not available for use by renters. As with all rates, any extra time for setup or breakdown will be charged at the same hourly rate.
Cleaning Fee:
A $75.00 cleaning fee is required for all events.
