Shipping Policy
We take pride in our product's quality in-store and the items purchased through our website.
Each online order is inspected prior to shipping. We ship our products using USPS with tracking and insurance on each order. Depending on the state your order is shipping to, delivery may vary to USPS's handling.
Once we receive an online order, packages are taken to USPS in a timely manner. If an order(s) is received after business hours, the order may be delayed. *EXAMPLE- 1) If an order is submitted on a Saturday evening after business hours/after USPS has closed, the online order will be taken to USPS on Monday. 2) If an order is submitted on a Holiday/Holiday weekend, the order will be taken to USPS the first operable business day for us at Hay Parker Boutique. Generally our store is open 6 days a week, but depending on Holidays, our schedule may change.
